This role is critical to our logistics operations, ensuring the accuracy of our stock levels and the efficient flow of products. The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining inventory control procedures, conducting regular audits, and resolving discrepancies. A strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory best practices is essential. We are committed to a safe working environment and expect all team members to adhere to our rigorous Safety standards, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position may involve some moderate Lifting. Responsibilities include performing cycle counts, reconciling inventory discrepancies, managing stock rotation, and analyzing inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will work closely with the warehouse management team to optimize inventory accuracy and minimize losses.
