Job Summary:
We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic Distribution Center Associates in San Antonio, Texas. This role is critical to the efficient operation of our warehouse and logistics network. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety. This position demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions precisely. We prioritize a safe working environment, requiring the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety procedures, including safe Lifting practices. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming warehouse stock and materials.
  • Pick and fill orders from stock with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Pack and prepare orders for shipment to various logistics destinations.
  • Assist in keeping warehouse inventory up-to-date.
  • Inspect products for damages and report discrepancies.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided if needed).
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
  • Practice proper Lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the warehouse for the duration of the shift.
  • Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
  • Understanding of basic logistics and inventory control.
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
