Join our team as a Material Handler in Omaha, Nebraska! This position is key to the smooth operation of our warehouse, focusing on the movement and organization of materials. You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, transporting goods within the facility, and assisting with inventory management. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace Safety , including the proper use of PPE and adherence to all safety regulations. As part of our Logistics team, your efficiency in handling materials directly contributes to our overall productivity and success. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Transport materials within the warehouse using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts.
- Sort and organize materials in designated storage areas.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear all required PPE correctly and consistently.
- Support the efficient flow of goods within our Logistics operations.
- Perform regular Lifting and material handling tasks.
