Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our busy distribution center in Austin, Texas. This role is central to our logistics operations, supporting the efficient flow of goods from receiving to dispatch. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Safety is a core value; therefore, all associates must strictly follow safety protocols and utilize appropriate PPE. We require individuals who are energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, pack, ship).
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize warehouse activities.
  • Follow all company procedures and health and safety regulations.
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (if certified).
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles.
  • Identify and report damages or discrepancies.
  • Assist in maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness.
  • Ensure correct use of PPE at all times.
  • Contribute to team efforts and meet performance goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven warehousing or logistics experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse machinery is a plus.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and stocktaking.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
  • Willingness to wear appropriate PPE.
