We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our bustling facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position is crucial for the daily operations of our warehouse, supporting various functions within our logistics network. As a Warehouse Worker, your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming goods, accurately stocking shelves, efficient picking and packing of customer orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Your diligence ensures that our inventory is accurately managed and that orders are fulfilled with precision and speed. We are deeply committed to maintaining a safe working environment, which means strict adherence to all safety guidelines and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is a must. This role requires physical stamina, the capability to perform moderate Lifting, and a collaborative spirit. You will work closely with other team members to meet operational goals and contribute to overall warehouse productivity. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory accurately.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas with incoming products.
- Pick items from inventory based on order sheets or electronic pick lists.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently for shipment to customers.
- Load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks as required.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned to support operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor position is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and safety principles.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Eagerness to learn and perform various warehouse tasks.
