Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using scanners and other technology.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of all goods.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels in designated areas.
- Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently (certification may be required or provided).
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all Safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations as needed.
- Participate in inventory management tasks.
- Meet productivity targets while upholding quality standards.
- Expect regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to perform required Lifting duties.
- A strong emphasis on Safety and operational excellence.
- Experience in logistics is advantageous.
