Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Sort, label, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items to fulfill customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with record keeping.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn new processes.
