Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Sort, label, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick items to fulfill customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
  • Load and unload trucks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including mandatory use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory counts and assist with record keeping.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to follow instructions and learn new processes.
