Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed, following all safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned.
- Ensure quality control throughout the picking and packing process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Familiarity with general logistics operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
