A strong emphasis is placed on safety; you will be required to use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strictly follow all safety protocols, including guidelines for safe Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations according to order specifications.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Use RF scanners and other equipment to manage inventory and orders.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or product damages.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Meet established productivity targets for picking efficiency.
- Contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Familiarity with warehouse scanning systems and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and using PPE.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of basic logistics practices is beneficial.
