Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks, including frequent Lifting, are necessary for success in this position. You will be trained on all equipment and safety procedures to ensure a secure and productive workplace. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and other conveyances.
- Move materials within the warehouse using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment.
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in designated storage areas.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting.
- Identify and report damaged materials or any safety hazards.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.
- Support production and shipping departments by delivering materials as needed.
- Wear all required PPE at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a material handler or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting of heavy objects.
- Must be able to operate basic warehouse equipment.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations.
- Team player with good communication skills.
