Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in the bustling city of Chicago, Illinois! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to support our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of our logistics process, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods. This role requires physical stamina and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock merchandise accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and counts.
- Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness and tidiness.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as directed.
- Participate in team efforts to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform manual Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of Logistics and inventory control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to Safety and following procedures.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
