We have another exciting Picker/Packer opening in Kansas City, Missouri! If you're looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced logistics environment, this is the job for you. As a Picker/Packer, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your responsibilities include identifying and retrieving specific items from warehouse locations, carefully packing them for transit, and labeling packages for shipment. Accuracy and speed are key performance indicators. You'll work with RF scanners and follow system-generated pick lists. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and participating in team efforts to improve workflow are also part of the job. Your safety and the safety of your colleagues are paramount; you must comply with all safety regulations and wear the designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role involves considerable physical activity, including frequent Lifting, up to 40 lbs, and standing for long periods. We value individuals who are reliable, efficient, and committed to quality.
