Job Summary:
Join our thriving logistics team as a Warehouse Associate in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is critical to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of inventory. You will be responsible for a range of tasks including receiving and inspecting incoming goods, stocking merchandise, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and unload incoming shipments from vendors.
  • Inspect products for damages and discrepancies.
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated areas.
  • Accurately pick products based on customer orders.
  • Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
  • Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
