Your duties will include receiving and inspecting incoming goods, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety, and all employees are expected to adhere to strict protocols and utilize provided PPE. The role requires frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Stock received merchandise accurately into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick items from inventory according to order fulfillment lists or scanner information.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Stage completed orders for outbound shipment, verifying counts and destinations.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including sweeping and organizing work areas.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts and stock adjustments.
- Strictly follow all Safety guidelines and use required PPE at all times.
- Report any Safety hazards or operational issues to supervisors promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
- Basic understanding of warehouse Safety and logistics operations.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
