Job Summary:
Join our energetic team as a Warehouse Associate in Provo, Utah! This role is central to our operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our distribution center. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This position involves significant physical activity, including regular Lifting of products up to 60 lbs. We provide all necessary PPE to ensure your safety. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unpack, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
  • Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation.
  • Accurately pick products from shelves to fulfill customer orders using RF scanners.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
  • Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring correct counts and destination.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor, including aisles and workstations.
  • Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory as required.
  • Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Report any damaged goods, safety hazards, or inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform manual labor, including significant Lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse logistics principles.
  • Proficiency with RF scanning equipment and inventory management systems is beneficial.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
