Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation.
- Accurately pick products from shelves to fulfill customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring correct counts and destination.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor, including aisles and workstations.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory as required.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Report any damaged goods, safety hazards, or inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including significant Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics principles.
- Proficiency with RF scanning equipment and inventory management systems is beneficial.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
