About
Join our busy warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate in Phoenix, Arizona! This role is fundamental to our operations, involving the handling of goods, order fulfillment, and maintaining a well-organized stockroom. You'll be responsible for tasks such as receiving shipments, putting away stock, picking items for orders, and preparing them for dispatch. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety and efficiency, ensuring that all processes are carried out according to company guidelines. You will be trained on proper techniques for Lifting, using warehouse equipment, and the importance of wearing appropriate PPE. This position offers a stable work environment and the opportunity to contribute to a successful logistics network. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and put away incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in cycle counting.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use all required PPE.
- Support overall warehouse and logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic Safety principles in a warehouse setting.
- Comfortable working in a standing, walking, and bending environment.
- Willingness to comply with PPE requirements.
