About
We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Provo, Utah. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in our daily logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of products through our distribution center. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and staging items for shipment, and maintaining an organized and clean work area. This role requires a high level of energy, a keen attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. You will be expected to operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and scanning devices, and to adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The position involves regular physical activity, including lifting items up to 50 lbs. Teamwork is essential, as you will collaborate with colleagues to meet daily targets and ensure overall operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming goods.
- Accurately pick products based on order lists.
- Pack items securely for shipment.
- Prepare orders for dispatch.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Use designated PPE.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Proficiency in using warehouse equipment like pallet jacks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
