We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is fundamental to our daily warehouse operations, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will contribute to the efficient flow of goods through our facility, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and on time. A strong commitment to safety, including the diligent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is essential. The ideal candidate is physically capable, possesses a strong work ethic, and is eager to contribute to a dynamic logistics environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas with incoming goods.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Load outgoing shipments onto delivery trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and work areas.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
- Assist in other warehouse functions as needed to support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Good understanding of warehouse safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to good attendance.
- Basic communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks within the logistics field.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
