Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment to customers.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse premises.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and use required PPE.
- Assist in cycle counting and stocktaking activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- GED or High School Diploma required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting preferred.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Commitment to following all safety protocols and wearing necessary PPE.
- A keen eye for detail is crucial for inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.
