Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Operate various warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts.
- Ensure all warehouse areas are kept clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and utilize appropriate PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to logistics and operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Capability to handle significant lifting and physical exertion throughout the shift.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including potential overtime.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
