Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accuracy.
- Schedule and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Train and guide warehouse staff on operational procedures and **safety** protocols.
- Implement and enforce **PPE** usage and **safety** best practices.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Maintain records of inventory, shipments, and operational expenses.
- Operate and ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory or shipments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or similar role. Strong understanding of warehouse **logistics** and inventory management. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS). Ability to perform physical tasks, including **lifting** up to 50 lbs, and enforce **safety** standards. Must be proficient in **PPE** usage and understand **safety** regulations. High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Must be able to work flexible hours if needed.
