This key position involves overseeing daily warehouse activities, managing inventory, and coordinating the flow of goods. The Warehouse Coordinator will ensure that all operations are conducted efficiently and safely, emphasizing the correct use of **PPE** and adherence to **safety** regulations. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in **lifting** management and a keen eye for detail are crucial. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accuracy.
  • Schedule and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Train and guide warehouse staff on operational procedures and **safety** protocols.
  • Implement and enforce **PPE** usage and **safety** best practices.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain records of inventory, shipments, and operational expenses.
  • Operate and ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory or shipments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or similar role. Strong understanding of warehouse **logistics** and inventory management. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS). Ability to perform physical tasks, including **lifting** up to 50 lbs, and enforce **safety** standards. Must be proficient in **PPE** usage and understand **safety** regulations. High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Must be able to work flexible hours if needed.
