Join our thriving warehouse team in Sacramento, California as a Warehouse Worker. This position involves a variety of tasks essential to the efficient operation of our distribution center. You will be responsible for picking, packing, staging, and loading orders, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring a safe working environment. We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Stage products for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
- Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
- Contribute to overall team goals and operational efficiency in our logistics hub.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and Lifting up to 60 pounds.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record.
- Awareness of and commitment to safety procedures.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is beneficial.
