About
We are hiring motivated Warehouse Workers for our facility in Durham, North Carolina. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various aspects of our logistics operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. This is a hands-on role where your efficiency and accuracy are critical to meeting customer demands and maintaining our high operational standards. You will work as part of a dedicated team to ensure the smooth flow of products through our warehouse. We value individuals who are reliable, hard-working, and possess a strong commitment to safety. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock inventory in designated locations accurately.
- Pick items for orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring accuracy and product protection.
- Assist in loading outbound shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures.
- Ensure proper use of all required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Capacity to lift and move products up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Must comply with all safety regulations and wear provided PPE.
