About
We are looking for motivated Warehouse Workers to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will be integral to our logistics operations, handling a variety of tasks to ensure smooth workflow. Your duties will include receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to Safety are paramount. You will be responsible for managing inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. This position requires physical capability, including regular Lifting, and the ability to work efficiently in a demanding environment. We value teamwork and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Training will be provided, but prior experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Identify, sort, and store inventory items.
- Fulfill customer orders by picking and packing items.
- Ensure all packages are correctly labeled and staged for transport.
- Safely operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks.
- Contribute to a safe and organized work environment by following all guidelines.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Conduct routine checks on inventory levels.
- Perform general warehouse upkeep.
Requirements:
- Must be capable of consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Dependability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Prioritize workplace Safety in all activities.
