We are hiring enthusiastic Warehouse Associates for our Cincinnati, Ohio location. This position is central to our logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient movement and storage of goods. Responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling customer orders, packing items for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. You will work as part of a dedicated team to meet daily operational goals. A strong commitment to Safety and efficiency is crucial. Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading materials from trucks and containers.
- Picking items from inventory to fulfill orders accurately.
- Packing and labeling merchandise for shipment.
- Processing incoming inventory and stocking shelves.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and clutter-free.
- Operating basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhering to all company Safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
- Willingness to wear and utilize required PPE.
