Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, process, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to established procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (if certified), pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Strictly adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear and maintain all required PPE , including safety footwear and gloves.
- Tasks may involve significant physical exertion, including frequent Lifting and carrying of items up to 50 lbs.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and meet operational demands.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Forklift certification is a significant advantage.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
