We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our facility in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will perform a variety of essential warehouse duties, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. Your efficiency and accuracy are key to maintaining our high standards of service and operational flow. This position requires physical capability, including standing, walking, and Lifting throughout the shift. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock received goods in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick products accurately according to customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Label packages and prepare them for shipping carriers.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Follow all company Safety rules and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Support overall warehouse Logistics activities.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols.
- Must be able to wear required PPE .
- Reliable and punctual work ethic.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Understanding of basic Logistics operations.
