We are seeking a diligent Receiving Clerk to join our team in San Jose, California. This role is crucial for ensuring that all incoming shipments are accurately received, inspected, and processed efficiently into our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for verifying delivery details against purchase orders, documenting any discrepancies or damages, and coordinating the movement of received goods to their designated storage locations. A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this position. This role is a vital part of our overall Logistics operation, ensuring the integrity of our supply chain. While primarily focused on administrative and inspection tasks, there may be occasional requirements for Lifting of packages up to 30 lbs and mandatory adherence to Safety procedures, including the use of PPE .
