About
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, processing inventory adjustments, and ensuring that all stock is properly located and identified. You will work closely with other warehouse departments to resolve inventory-related issues and optimize stock levels. A strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices is essential. This position requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. While not primarily a physical role, there may be occasional requirements for Lifting of inventory items up to 30 lbs and the mandatory use of PPE when entering certain areas. Adherence to all Safety regulations is paramount. This role is key to our Logistics efficiency, impacting everything from order fulfillment to financial reporting.
