Job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Material Handler to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position is vital for the efficient flow of materials throughout our facility, supporting our production and distribution efforts. You will be responsible for safely and effectively moving, organizing, and tracking materials using various equipment. Your role is essential to our overall Logistics and operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial trucks to move materials.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks, production lines, and storage areas.
  • Stage materials for production or shipment according to schedules.
  • Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Conduct routine inspections of material handling equipment.
  • Ensure all materials are properly labeled and tracked.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE .
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Support inventory control initiatives and participate in cycle counts.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar role is required.
  • Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
  • Proficiency in operating various types of material handling equipment.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Understanding of warehouse Logistics and material flow.
  • Strong commitment to workplace Safety and compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
