We are looking for a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your contribution is vital to ensuring our customers receive their products accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Stage outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Perform physical tasks involving Lifting and moving products, often in excess of 50 lbs.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks to maintain workflow.
- Follow all instructions related to warehouse logistics and inventory control.
- Identify and report any damaged goods, equipment issues, or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy in all order fulfillment tasks.
- Follow standard operating procedures for all warehouse functions.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
The successful candidate will be reliable, punctual, and possess the physical capability for frequent Lifting and standing. A strong commitment to Safety and a detail-oriented approach are essential. Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate is preferred, but not mandatory. This role is a core component of our logistics operations, and your dedication ensures our success. We value teamwork and a proactive attitude.
