About
We are looking for a diligent Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This position is key to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management systems. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling inventory discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high levels of accuracy. Your duties will also include monitoring stock levels, identifying slow-moving or obsolete items, and assisting with the implementation of inventory control policies and procedures. You will work closely with warehouse and operations staff to ensure smooth product flow and efficient order fulfillment. A strong understanding of warehouse **Logistics** and inventory management software is required. Upholding **Safety** standards and correctly using **PPE** are critical aspects of this role. While direct **Lifting** may be limited, you must be able to maneuver products up to 25 lbs.
