As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will be expected to operate various warehouse equipment and contribute to maintaining a clean and orderly facility. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for transportation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse aisles and storage areas.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve warehouse goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
