Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Minneapolis, Minnesota! We are seeking motivated individuals to support our warehouse operations. This role is essential for the efficient functioning of our distribution center and plays a critical part in our logistics network. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, from receiving and storing goods to preparing them for shipment. We value safety, teamwork, and a proactive approach.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training may be provided).
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve daily goals.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Engage in frequent Lifting of materials, often exceeding 50 lbs.
- Support the overall efficiency of our logistics and supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding role, including frequent Lifting.
Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Familiarity with general logistics principles is a plus.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks that require manual dexterity and stamina.
