About
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our St. Louis, Missouri location. This role is fundamental to our operations, ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing orders, receiving and stocking inventory, and maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. You will be expected to operate warehouse equipment and perform tasks that require significant Lifting. A strong commitment to safety is essential; you must follow all established safety procedures and consistently wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer requirements.
- Receive and check incoming inventory against documentation.
- Stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Handle tasks requiring regular Lifting and physical exertion.
Qualifications:
Experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment. Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Must be capable of consistent Lifting and manual handling. Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE. Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively. Good time management skills. Must possess a strong work ethic and be reliable.
