We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Sacramento, California. In this role, you will be an integral part of our logistics operations, responsible for a wide range of warehouse activities. This includes receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. We are looking for proactive, reliable individuals who are committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will operate warehouse equipment, assist with inventory counts, and ensure that all goods are handled with care. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using order sheets or scanners.
- Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring protection during transit.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate with logistics partners.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use all required PPE.
- Must be able to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and Lifting throughout the shift.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics.
- Commitment to Safety and a drug-free workplace.
Work Environment:
This position operates within a warehouse facility. The work environment can involve exposure to varying temperatures and requires physical exertion. Consistent attention to Safety guidelines and the mandatory use of PPE are critical for this role.
