Job Summary:
Join our bustling Distribution Center in Des Moines, Iowa, as a Distribution Center Associate. This role is crucial for ensuring that our products reach our customers efficiently and in excellent condition. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, from receiving and put-away to order fulfillment and shipping. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and process incoming inventory.
  • Accurately store products in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.
  • Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counting.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
  • Assist in maintaining the overall operational flow of the distribution center.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is beneficial.
  • Ability to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Understanding of logistics principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to Safety and following instructions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
