We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate to support our operations in St. Louis, Missouri. This role is multifaceted, involving a range of tasks from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks as needed, using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper stock rotation.
- Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness and orderliness.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified) safely and proficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and logistics.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not essential for motivated individuals.
- Ability to perform manual Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment, including the correct use of PPE.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
- Flexibility to perform various tasks as assigned.
