Job Summary:
We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate to support our operations in St. Louis, Missouri. This role is multifaceted, involving a range of tasks from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and adaptable individual committed to ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods through our warehouse. You will play a key part in our logistics chain, contributing to our ability to serve our customers effectively and maintain high operational standards. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Load and unload trucks as needed, using appropriate equipment.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper stock rotation.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified) safely and proficiently.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and logistics.
  • Identify and report any damaged goods or inventory discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not essential for motivated individuals.
  • Ability to perform manual Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
  • Flexibility to perform various tasks as assigned.
