About
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our facility in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of warehouse duties that are crucial to our efficient Logistics operations. Your tasks will include receiving and storing goods, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to Safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and ensure they are ready for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area at all times.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock management.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or distribution experience is preferred. Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including consistent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail is essential for inventory accuracy and order fulfillment. Understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics principles is beneficial. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods. Willingness to comply with all Safety regulations and wear assigned PPE . Good communication and teamwork skills are required. A commitment to maintaining a high standard of workplace Safety is paramount. This role is vital to our supply chain and distribution success.
