We are hiring Picker/Packers for our busy facility in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is essential to our order fulfillment process, requiring individuals who are detail-oriented and efficient. You will be responsible for accurately selecting items for customer orders and then carefully packing them for safe transit. This position is key to our logistics operations, demanding a strong focus on accuracy and speed. Safety is our top priority, and all employees must adhere to our comprehensive safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order requirements using scanning technology.
- Inspect items for quality before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to ensure product safety during shipping.
- Prepare shipments by applying labels and documentation.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, adhering to all Safety standards.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Contribute to meeting daily fulfillment targets.
- Support overall warehouse logistics and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking and packing or warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Understanding of Safety in a warehouse setting.
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety glasses and gloves.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
