We are looking for a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and promptly. Your daily tasks will involve picking products, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. This role is vital to our logistics operations, demanding attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using handheld scanners or other designated equipment.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Inspect products for quality control before packing.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Operate shipping software and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock put-away.
- Follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks and logistics support as needed.
- Contribute to achieving team productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to instructions.
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear designated PPE.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
