Our growing logistics company in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking diligent Pickers/Packers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders by picking items from warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment. Your duties will include reading order sheets, locating products, using scanning equipment, carefully packing items to prevent damage, and labeling packages correctly. This position is vital for ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining customer satisfaction within our logistics network. We place a high priority on Safety and provide thorough training on all procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE to ensure your well-being. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent bending, reaching, and the ability to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
