This role is critical for maintaining the flow of goods and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all instructions and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Contribute to overall team productivity and operational success.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and overtime.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Must be willing to wear all required PPE.
