In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient processing and movement of goods, ensuring our logistics network operates at peak performance. Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, identify, sort, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders with precision, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, with proper training.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring the safety and security of all goods.
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free, and safe working area, following all safety protocols.
- Participate in regular inventory audits and stock management tasks.
- Follow all company guidelines regarding quality, safety, and logistics procedures.
- Wear and maintain required PPE at all times.
Requirements:
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Capacity for lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and occasional overtime as business demands.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all regulations.
- Must be able to wear required PPE, such as safety vests and steel-toed boots.
