We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Center Associate for our San Jose, California facility. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of products from our warehouse to our customers. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping orders. A strong emphasis on Safety is non-negotiable, and you will be required to follow all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE. The role involves considerable physical activity, including frequent Lifting and the operation of various warehouse equipment. We are looking for a reliable, motivated individual with excellent teamwork skills and a commitment to accuracy. Experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is highly desirable. You will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain and logistics efforts. We are committed to creating a safe and productive work atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Prepare products for outbound logistics.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and use appropriate PPE at all times.
- Perform tasks that involve significant Lifting and movement.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
