About
We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Associate for our busy facility in Miami, Florida. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are critical to the efficient operation of our warehouse and logistics processes. Your duties will include receiving and inspecting incoming goods, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, and a commitment to safety. You will be an integral part of our supply chain team, ensuring that our products reach our customers on time and in perfect condition. We provide comprehensive training on safety procedures and the mandatory use of PPE.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify inventory against purchase orders.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Stock shelves, racks, and bins with incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all logistics standards.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we offer training.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular lifting of up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and the importance of safety and PPE in logistics.
