Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damages and discrepancies.
- Accurately stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick items for orders using order lists or scanning equipment.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments, including labeling and staging for carrier pickup.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts – training provided) safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
- Participate in inventory control processes, including cycle counts and stock checks.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with other logistics and warehouse tasks as needed to support team goals.
- Ensure efficient workflow and contribute to overall operational productivity.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 55 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines strictly.
- Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
