Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all established safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist with loading and unloading freight from trucks.
- Support general warehouse duties and contribute to overall logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the critical role of PPE.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and occasional overtime.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles is a plus.
