We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our expanding logistics center in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, involving a wide range of warehouse tasks such as receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and accurately to meet customer demands. The ideal candidate is reliable, possesses a strong work ethic, and is dedicated to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to company standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the logistics team.
- Identify and report any operational issues or safety hazards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be able to handle lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and operate various warehouse equipment.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace and adhering to all safety protocols.
