Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verifying contents and quantities.
- Sort and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for outbound distribution based on order requirements.
- Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Strictly follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the shift.
- Must be proficient in lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of general logistics and warehouse management.
- Commitment to safety standards and the consistent use of PPE.
